There are many places to find inspiration for your dream gown, you can follow STRAT on Instagram to get inspired.

We recommend 4-6 months before your wedding. If your wedding is sooner, we can offer express orders that can be placed for an additional cost of the original gown price depending on the design.

To be fully prepared for your wedding, we advise that you order your gown 5-7 months in advance.

This gives enough time as our gowns are handcrafted especially for you and we want you to feel and look amazing.

Alterations can be done but will attract a cost. This is a separate service, please note that alterations are NOT included in the gown prices.

All gowns chosen are final. All deposits and balances paid are non-refundable. Please refer to our Terms & Conditions for further information.

Gowns purchased by our brides may be returned at an agreed price

We welcome guests at in-store appointments, we advise that you choose your friends and loved ones carefully as there is a limit to 4 people.

 

STRAT BRIDAL fitting and consultation is ugx 90,000

 

BRIDAL EXPERIENCE (High tea & Sparkling Wine) is ugx 250,000. (50% to be paid prior).

 

 

 

HOW LONG IS MY CONSULTATION?

 

All in-store consultation and fitting sessions take 2 hours.

 

 

 

HOW CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY APPOINTMENT?

 

We kindly ask that you let us know 24 hours in advance if you are unable to make your arranged time and if you would like to change or cancel your appointment. Kindly check your confirmation email for our contact information.

 

If you cancel your appointment, please be aware that consultation fees are non-refundable.

 

 

 

WHAT CAN I EXPECT FROM MY IN-STORE CONSULTATION?

 

After checking availability and booking for your in-store consultation and fitting session, you will be met by our team who will take you through the entire process guiding you with options and offering suggestions to choose your dream gown.

HOW DO I PAY FOR MY GOWN?

 

We offer easy and convenient payment terms at STRRAT BRIDAL;

 

  1. The invoice will be sent to the client via email and direct messages.
  2. A payment deposit of 50% is required for both custom orders and in-store gown bookings
  3. The balance of 50% payment is required 2 weeks before gown pick up.

 

 

 

WHAT HAPPENS NOW THAT I HAVE ORDERED/BOOKED MY GOWN?

 

You can sit back, relax and let us get to work to make your wedding gown dreams a reality!

 

We will keep you updated and make you a part of the process with constant communication and progress images and videos.

 

 

 

REFUNDS

 

All payments are NON-REFUNDABLE.

 

 

 

 

DELIVERY

 

Kindly note that we don’t deliver gowns.

 

Any special delivery request will incur additional costs.

 

 

 

RETURN

 

Gowns should be returned a day or 2 after wedding day.

 

 

 

DAMAGES

 

Torn fabrics, stains, embellishment loss, zipper issues, burns,mold,mildew,transportation damage and accidental snags will undergo charges.

 

 

 

COLLECTION

 

All gowns are collected from the store a day before the wedding day.

 

Any other special requests should be communicated prior.

 

The following are required when picking your gown;

 

  1. An original national I.D
  2. Security deposit.
